Additionally, EKOFUNGI teaches courses on mushroom and substrate production at its facility in Serbia.

Rotterzwam is a sustainability-focused organization based in Rotterdam, Netherlands, dedicated to turning organic waste streams into valuable products through circular practices. Their primary activity involves growing oyster mushrooms on used coffee grounds, an innovative example of urban circular economy principles in action. By collecting coffee waste from local businesses, they prevent significant amounts of organic material from being discarded and transform it into high-quality food snacks

Terra Bioindustries is a Toronto, Canada-based start-up designed to create multi-industry solutions from agrifood waste. In 2019 the co-founders, Steve and Ricardo, realized the immense potential of spent grains and focused on unlocking the possibilities. The duo developed a platform that can break open the grains and separate the valuable components without compromising functionality.
The team has now expanded, combining science, business, and food to develop unique industry solutions for the next generation of green markets.
Myers Mushrooms
Myers Mushrooms is led by Eric Myers. He is a 14-year Air Force Mechanic Veteran who loves mushroom cultivation. In 2015, he started growing mushrooms in El Paso, Texas. Since then, he had been hoping to expand his knowledge in this industry and share it with the whole community
